If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are fully refunded. If an event is postponed by more than 36 hours from its original scheduled time, bets are also voided. For live bets, if an event is permanently suspended, markets are settled based on the score at the time of suspension — except where the game did not meet the minimum duration required, in which case bets are voided.
77win reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (error odds) resulting from technical or human error, even after confirmation. The User will be notified and the full staked amount will be refunded.
In live betting, odds are updated in real time and may change between submission and confirmation of a bet. If the odds shift during the process, the system may display a confirmation with the new odds for the User to accept, in accordance with the odds tolerance settings configured on the account.
